You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make sure the full purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days after receiving your return.

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form here  and complete it in full.

Step 2: Ship your return
Returns must be sent to China, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Send the items along with the completed return form to the return address listed on the form.
Please make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within five business days and transfer the full purchase amount back to your bank account.
