Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment platform.
Are prices listed in USD?
Yes. All prices on our website are listed in USD ($). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact us at hi@courtessential.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes, but we will always do our best.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hi@courtessential.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll confirm your order status.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment platform. Court Essential does not store your full credit card information at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on every order. No minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. After that, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
How quickly is my order dispatched?
Every order is dispatched within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In the vast majority of cases, orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier processing or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived 3 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us at hi@courtessential.com and we will investigate immediately.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days.
It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us at hi@courtessential.com to initiate a return.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact us at hi@courtessential.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like instead. We'll arrange the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
In many cases, you will not need to return the item at all. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and work to make the process as simple as possible.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately.

How do your clothes fit?
Our apparel is designed with a classic, tailored fit that flatters without being restrictive. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What materials do you use?
We use premium performance fabrics that offer moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, and UPF sun protection. Our materials are selected for both comfort and durability — designed to look and feel great season after season.
Are your products suitable for multiple sports?
Absolutely. Our collections are designed for tennis, pickleball, padel, and golf. The classic styling also makes them perfect for everyday wear and social occasions at the club.
