Return & Refund Policy

At Court Essential, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Trying on an item for fit is fine — wearing it out is not.


How It Works

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at hi@courtessential.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please include a photo if the item arrived damaged or defective.

All returns and refunds must be initiated by contacting us first. We do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Step 2: We'll Take Care of It

Once we've reviewed your request, we will offer you the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Store credit — issued immediately, valid for 12 months, and applicable to any item in our collection.
  • Full refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Exchange — for a different size or color, subject to availability.

In many cases, you will not need to return the item. We believe your time is worth more than a shipping label.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@courtessential.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will resolve damaged or defective orders at no cost to you — whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a full refund, or providing store credit. Your preference comes first.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.
  • Gift cards.

Order Issues

Wrong address: If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Court Essential is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.


Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, email us at hi@courtessential.com. We'll check availability and arrange the exchange as quickly as possible. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll offer you store credit or a full refund.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
