Shipping Policy

Complimentary Shipping
Every Court Essential order ships free. No minimum order amount, no codes required.
All U.S. orders are delivered via UPS.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.
You can track your order at any time through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Or here at the Track your order page
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at hi@courtessential.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Court Essential has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is unable to cover them on your behalf. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at hi@courtessential.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Undelivered or missing packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before they arrive.
- Contact us at hi@courtessential.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Court Essential is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
