Welcome to Court Essential. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at courtessential.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Court Essential reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Accuracy
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, materials, and sizing. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD ($) and are inclusive of the listed product price. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods:

Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment platform. Court Essential does not store your full credit card information. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or a violation of these Terms.
4. Orders and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier processing, customs procedures, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Risk of loss: All items purchased from Court Essential are shipped by a third-party carrier. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Customs and duties (international orders): For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Court Essential has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. All returns must be initiated by contacting us at hi@courtessential.com before sending anything back. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hi@courtessential.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
- Promotions may be limited in duration, quantity, or eligibility.
- Court Essential reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Court Essential does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
14. Force Majeure
Court Essential shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or acts of war or terrorism.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any claims shall be brought individually, not as part of any class action or collective proceeding.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Court Essential regarding your use of the Site and any purchases made through it.
